Great Oak Construction, Inc. is a locally owned and operated Full Service Contractor specializing in Insurance Restoration. We have serviced the Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky regions since 1996. Our mission is to provide quality restoration services while incorporating excellence in communication, workmanship, and customer service. Our trained professionals understand the nature of property losses from the viewpoint of the property owner and the insurance company. We will work together with all involved parties to inspect the property damage and provide a competitive repair estimate.
In addition to our restoration services, we can assist you with your home or business remodeling needs. As a Full Service Contractor, we handle all construction trades. We offer expertise with something as small as changing the paint color in a room to performing a complete home or office renovation.

Having worked in the Restoration Industry since 1996 we understand that many of your policy holders look to their insurance company for a contractor referral when filing a claim. All of our estimates are prepared using Xactware’s Xactimate estimating software. We are part of the Contractor Connection, Innovation Property Network, and Lionsbridge Contractor Group preferred provider programs as well as part of a preferred contractor program with several insurance companies.
We are a full service contractor able to handle your insured’s restoration project from start to finish. We understand the need to document damage for your records and the importance of keeping both you and your insured informed throughout the estimate and repair process. Upon project completion your policy holder will feel that they made a wise choice in choosing you as their insurance provider and Great Oak Construction as their restoration contractor.
PROPERTY Owners
At Great Oak Construction we understand that you have just experienced unexpected property damage. No matter the extent of the damage we know that you would like to have your home or business restored to its original condition as quickly and efficiently as possible. We take a personal interest in your situation and work along with you and your insurance adjuster to arrive at a mutually agreed upon repair estimate that restores your home or business to its condition prior to the loss. If your insurance company has already provided you with a repair estimate we will be happy to review it and inspect your property to see if we are able to work directly from that estimate.
We are a preferred contractor for many insurance companies and therefore are familiar with their guidelines and expectations. Our estimates are prepared using Xactware which is the preferred estimating software within the insurance industry.

DOUG RIFFLE
PRESIDENT & LEAD ESTIMATOR
Doug has 16 years of experience as an insurance adjuster and 12+ years as a business owner. His experience as an insurance adjuster provides him with great insight as to the best way to approach the estimating and repair process, making the project run more smoothly from estimate to project completion. In his personal time Doug is involved with his kids sporting activities as both a coach and volunteer. Some of his favorite hobbies are trail riding and boating on Lake Norris.
JEFF DEES
PROJECT MANAGER
Jeff Dees has been with the company since April of 2015. He has quickly become a team leader, focused on providing the best customer experience possible. Jeff is IICRC certified (Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification) for Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, and Applied Structural Drying. Jeff’s main focus as Project Manager includes siding and roofing, along with water mitigation and restoration. He also has a background in the electrical field and often assists with electrical repairs on our projects. In his personal time, Jeff enjoys spending his time with family and friends.
STACEY SCOTT
OFFICE MANAGER
Stacey is our Office Manager and since 2006 has been “the voice” of Great Oak Construction. She is very customer service oriented and takes a personal interest in each of our clients while working with them during their project. She is the primary point of contact at Great Oak helping to coordinate all aspects of your construction or repair project from scheduling the first appointment to the completion of the job. When she is not working, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, volunteering at her church, and working jigsaw puzzles.
