Insurance Professionals

Insurance Professionals

Having worked in the Restoration Industry since 1996 we understand that many of your policy holders look to their insurance company for a contractor referral when filing a claim. When referring your policy holder to Great Oak Construction you can feel confident that you are recommending a company with integrity and excellent customer service.

All of our estimates are prepared using Xactware’s Xactimate estimating software. We are part of the Contractor Connection, Innovation Property Network, and Lionsbridge Contractor Group preferred provider programs as well as part of a preferred contractor program with several insurance companies.

We are a full service contractor able to handle your insured’s restoration project from start to finish. We understand the need to document damage for your records and the importance of keeping both you and your insured informed throughout the estimate and repair process. Upon project completion your policy holder will feel that they made a wise choice in choosing you as their insurance provider and Great Oak Construction as their restoration contractor.

Once the extent of the damage is determined we will mitigate using air scrubbers and removing or sealing affected materials. Upon completion of the mitigation, we guarantee that no odor associated with the fire and smoke damage will remain.

Water RemovalWater Removal

Complete removal of clean and dirty water. Once the water is removed we will use fans and dehumidifiers to remove any remaining moisture as quickly as possible. Equipment and moisture levels are closely monitored to ensure that the drying process is proceeding properly.

Containment and remediation of mold is done by using proper protocols as outlined by an environmental hygienist. This ensures that no cross contamination occurs and allows property owners use of the unaffected areas.
